Automotive Consultant

All American Consulting Inc. - Tullahoma, TN - July 2016 to Present My job consist of consulting with Auto Dealers who are in need of hiring new employees from sales associates, internet/BDC staff, service staff and management. All American Consulting through different forms of advertising sets interviews with potential staff, my duties are to interview and train new staff. Using MS PowerPoint and other training materials, along with hands on training I'm able to interview and train potential staff for the dealership in 5 days. All American Consulting also has dealerships who want their current staff trained. I will go to the dealership, meet with the owner/management and compile their needs and relay this information back to my supervisor who will then setup my visit back with the dealership to do the training needed by the dealership.

General Sales Manager

Deskins Motor Company - Pikeville, KY - April 2015 to April 2016 As General Sales Manager I oversaw the entire sales department that had 2 sales managers and a average of 12-15 sales associates. I worked closely with the General Manager in forecasting sales goals for the upcoming quarter, while also helping with upcoming sales events and advertising. When I started with Deskins Motors they were averaging 65 sales per month and a average of $150,000 per month in Gross sales. When the dealership was sold in May 2016 we had averaged 92 sales per month and $260,000 per month in Gross sales. We implemented new training for the sales staff and internet department. We also increased our CSI scores by 10%.

General Manager

Mann Toyota - Prestonsburg, KY - December 2014 to April 2015 As General Manager I oversaw the running of the entire dealership. Implementing new training strategies, setting a 90 day used car inventory strategy, setting up a fully staffed and trained internet department, working with the service and parts managers on increasing our staff and CSI scores led to the store increasing its profits by 20% in the time I was there.

Bruce Walters Ford - Pikeville, KY - December 2004 to December 2014 My position with Walters Auto Group was Internet Sales Manager for their 4 locations and 11 different franchises. When I started the position the group only had their OEM websites and didn't do any kind of 3rd party advertising (Autotrader, Cars.com, etc.) The entire group averaged 150 leads per month. After getting all inventory pictured, comments created and correctly priced our leads grew to an average of 700 per month for the first year and reaching over 3,000 per month in 2014. I also staffed and trained internet sales staff of 16-20 people on average for the departments. Every year our sales increased from an average of 15 sales per month in 2005 to 160 in 2014.
