Promoted to PM/EHR Customer Success Manager for new, top priority web-based enterprise software application to provide practice management and electronic health record solutions for optometry offices.

Managed the multiple team program to create best practice business processes for on-boarding new product into customer offices (Customer Success Management, Implementation Management, Training, Claims Management, Data Migration, Equipment Integration, 3rd Party Vendors, and Customer Support). Reduced on-boarding time from 6 to 4 weeks.
