Bilingual Administrative Assistant - PDI Companies – Puerto Vallarta, MX

Provide administrative and language translation support to company President, creating power point presentations in English and Spanish for the sales team. Translation of official company documents (i.e.: applications; loan & credit documents; confidentiality agreements; Tax Withholding forms, etc.) to transact real estate sales and rentals of Company properties. Also acted in the capacity of translator (Spanish to English) during meetings and appointments.

Develop/redesign company data base systems requiring coordination with the IT department.

Managed local cash accounts and passed them on to the accountant on a weekly basis.
