Lead planner of cross-functional planning team consisting of 10 professionals within the fields of intelligence, acquisitions, policy and operations tasked with identifying strategic opportunities towards a complex global problem.

Synchronized planning activities across multiple globally distributed military and civilian organizations

to drive the prioritization of scarce resources, reduce risk, and contribute to the overall national strategy.

United States Marine Corps - Afghanistan 06/2012 - 06/2013

Under hazardous conditions, and ensuring adherence to cultural sensitivities, personally mentored

Provided clear and concise guidance, enabling the police force's intelligence and information sharing

throughout its region to maintain a common operational picture with adjacent security units.

Rectified a large deficit of untrained police personnel throughout the region through the creation and

implementation of a local police academy, in which 110 newly appointed police officers were trained and certified in a 5 month period.
