Under hazardous conditions, and ensuring adherence to cultural sensitivities, personally mentored

the foreign Uniformed Police Chief through day to day operations and long range planning. Leading by example, advised the 600-man police force in operational planning, tactical direction, logistics and ethical protocol.

Provided clear and concise guidance, enabling the police force's intelligence and information sharing

throughout its region to maintain a common operational picture with adjacent security units.

Rectified a large deficit of untrained police personnel throughout the region through the creation and

implementation of a local police academy, in which 110 newly appointed police officers were trained and certified in a 5 month period.
