Oversee the daily actives including buy out, schedules, subcontractor’s budgets, in the supervision of healthcare facilities. Duties included, Meeting with hospital staff to organize the construction of the ICRA, PRICA, meeting with TDH (Texas Department of Health) regarding plan review meeting with hospital staff to discuss design, scopes code issues, updating progress of work. Ensure all company, campus and OSHA policies are in forced. Provide safety training to company and subcontractors maintain all safety records for the project. 20,000 SQ Ft medical office building valued at 6 million. 5400 S FT physical therapy building valued at 5 million.
