Oversee the daily actives including buy out, schedules, subcontractor’s budgets, in the supervision of healthcare facilities. Duties included, Meeting with hospital staff to organize the construction of the ICRA, PRICA, meeting with TDH (Texas Department of Health) regarding plan review meeting with hospital staff to discuss design, scopes code issues, updating progress of work. Ensure all company, campus and OSHA policies are in forced. Provide safety training to company and subcontractors maintain all safety records for the project. 20,000 SQ Ft medical office building valued at 6 million. 5400 S FT physical therapy building valued at 5 million. New expansion 10,000 SQ FT labor & Delivery building, 3500 SQ FT MRI Building, one new operating room, remodel of two existing operating rooms new telemetry, renovation of interior of main building. Valued at 32 million.
