SIGNIFICANT ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Created useable and reliable Sales Reports for 35 Sales Representatives and 5 Sales Managers using Access Database and Excel software.

Worked closely with National Sales Manager in creating several Sales and Expense Tracking Reports, Commission Reports, Monthly Sales Charts and Graphs; and Yearly Compensation Plan for Sales Representatives and Managers.

Acted as catalyst in streamlining Universal Health Services reporting system to maximize productivity and diminish costs for this activity.

At Universal Health Services, created and developed yearly departmental staffing budgets for forty (40) hospitals.

Act in liaison capacity with owned hospitals, frequently conducting on-site visits to review their operations and advise them in taking prompt, remedial action to avoid subsequent problems.

In absence of my superior, Director of Operations Analysis, have been granted the responsibility and autonomy to make decisions and solve problems. As he traveled 90% of the time, this was virtually a full time activity replete with resolving sensitive issues, on a daily basis.
