Responsible in maintaining the guest rooms tidiness and meeting all guest expectation during their stay.
Responsible in making-up guest rooms during their stay, making sure all trashes are pull-out, beddings are replaced with fresh one toiletries that are opened and used must be added a new one depends on set-up standard, and bathroom floors must be always dry clean and free of algae and stains by applying designated chemicals and smell fresh. Bedroom floors must be sweep/vacuum and dust/stain free. Walls, ceiling, furniture must be free of dust, cab webs, by applying furniture polish chemicals. All appliances, fixtures, furniture, that are defective must be reported immediately to housekeeping coordinator for quick replacement and repair.
Responsible in maintaining the cleanliness of hallway carpets, walls.
Responsible in safety and security for our guest, by reporting unusual events, such as outsiders and guest that doesn’t have a room but roaming and staying long time in guest floors, all this must alerted immediately to security using direct and indirect communication.
Mini Bar Attendant
Responsible in charging daily consumption of mini bar in all occupied and check-out rooms

Record all discrepancy and loses to track the revenue easily.
Responsible in replacing old stock and expire products to avoid complaints and incidents.
Encoding/Report all daily consumptions, losses, expired, refused by guest items, revenues, for record purposes, where all department heads are aware on mini bar report, especially the Accounting, Purchasing and F&B departments heads are up to date on stock and revenue.

Responsible in maintaining the freshness and cleanliness on all hotel public areas such as, lobby, furniture, fixtures, public C.R., function rooms, hallways, carpets, outside surroundings, gardens, pool deck area, all must be cleaned accurately throughout my shift, and handover unfinished project.
