Working in a Japanese Paints and Architectural Coatings Manufacturing company and having a work responsibility of:-

Improvement of quality and cost reduction of the current paint products by regular testing in the application process in a laboratory as well as on-site while maintaining the durability.

Providing technical support to the marketing team through product development and modifications.

Providing assistance to marketing team in preparing the work order for Supply and Apply of paints by giving the exact requirements of number of cans as per the area specified by architect, coverage calculation, calculating the cost of MS Scaffoldings and MCWP (as per project requirement), providing the completion time as per area, calculating other miscellaneous expenses like water, electricity (if not given by client) for the entire work. Planning for the entire project after the issue of the work order from client and holding a meeting with the Project Manager/ Project Head and discussing in detail about the places where the access is required (MS Scaffoldings or MCWP’s), discussing the priority areas which needs to be completed earlier, selecting a suitable place for warehouse/store setup on site, framing and submission of the work plan after all discussions.

Checking the Project Execution as per approved work schedule and placing targets to the supervisors and applicators on daily basis, arranging a monthly meeting with the project team of the client to ensure the project completion on time, eliminating obstacles for smooth flow of work, maintaining daily applicator report and forwarding it to management on weekly basis.

Responsible for providing training to the semi-skilled/ skilled applicators, supervisors for using the special SKK tools used for paint, conducting an inspection on other sites to check whether they are maintaining Japanese standards or not as per managements orders.

Safety Management at the site by taking care of safety equipment’s availability in the warehouse and ensuring each member is well equipped with Safety belts, Shoes, Helmets, Reflective Jackets, etc. and being committed to Zero harm while on site.

Back office maintenance of the logistics department for import of paint samples from SKK’s Singapore and Japan Factory, maintenance of small office stocks sample cans, executing a sample of paints as per specification from marketing team for display. SUBJECT OF INTEREST:--
