Filling in for the Administrative Assistant for the Global IT Division, supporting the CIO of Global Digital Technology and SVP of Systems in IT. Assist in scheduling and rescheduling meetings and travel arrangements for the CIO and other IT managers. Assist in the general office responsibilities in the IT Division in Whitehouse B – mail, supplies, scheduling conference and meeting rooms, coordinating lunch services for meetings, and just basic office needs.
