The project was an enhancement to the existing system by developing an E-Commerce application. Existing systems were to be studied closely to develop an application that would encompass all the requirements and provide enhancements for features like electronic funds transfer, electronic data interchange (EDI), inventory management etc. The website also involved e-Procurement E Catalog, Web Content Management modules, Warehouse process management (Logistics), and different reports like standard inventory reports, invoicing reports, shipping reports, reports for partners in supporting roles, ordering medium statistical reports etc.

Interviewing SMEs and marketing teams to highlight the existing features [As-Is] of system. The existing features were then analyzed to highlight similarities, discrepancies and differences among the two systems. Aided in arriving at a common encompassing system functionality [To-Be] by facilitating, leading and coordinating meetings which involved stakeholders from different departments.
