Director of Manufacturing Operations (2005 - 2014) Directed three plants worldwide (New York, 120 employees; Zhuhai, China, 28 employees; Texas, 20 employees) with sales of $50 million. Managed Engineering (R&D, industrial, facility), distribution, production, inventory, process, customer service and facilities. Drove business development in China and Pacific Rim.
