His interviews with JAX, a top-tier US-based Institute for Genomic Medicines, Mr. LiSu summarized where and how he would make valuable contributions as follows:

JAX has 30+ genomic medicine labs, being led by the very best professors, principle investigators, and domain experts from US, Asia, and EU. Each lab leader has his/her own innovative ways to understand genomic diseases, yet also collaborate with neighbor labs to identify better, clinically more effective and/or more reliable approaches for genomic disease diagnoses and treatments. My experiences (successes & lessons learned from Pfizer-Warner Lambert, -Pharmacia & -Wyeth integrations) have well positioned me to lead JAX R&D Informatics to define and execute well-balanced Informatics architectures and best-practices:

to support very different leadership styles & lab personality, medical R&D approaches; very different data-types (texts, graphs, sequencing, imaging) of extremely large data-volumes (tera-, peta-, exa-bytes), versatile data collection & analysis applications, data retention and archiving needs;

To balance agile project life cycles, quality and cost of network & data server utilizations, software development-deployment-support;

JAX has expanded from “mouse business” to tackle human genomic diseases, to address the needs of cancer- care and precision medicines; JAX is moving from pure R&D to mix commercial offerings, from processing 50- 100 samples/year to offering cancer-care of processing 50-100 samples/month, or /week.

My experiences with Pfizer clinical data system development-deployment-support and biobank sample logistics (patient tissue and bio-fluid samples, DNA/RNA extracts) have well positioned me to lead JAX R&D Informatics clinical data management, handling human privacy data and patient sample logistics.

JAX China business expansions are ready to implement. I can certainly assist this project in every aspects, ranging from site-design, setup, business development & operations. Certainly IT infrastructure, data and sample security
