Reviews reports to ensure that all offices within the performance cluster have correctly submitted all time & attendance data, and that all employees time is ready for the pay file each week & takes appropriate action when necessary. Maintains required files for timekeeping documents. Receives & answers questions from TACS users on payroll & timekeeping regulations; serve as liaison with personnel & finance offices on more complex questions. Provides guidance to local users on TACS applications; assists users in resolving simple system problems & escalates more complex problems to the supervisor, Information Systems or Customer Support as appropriate. Creates & assigns badges; maintains badge file, assists supervisors with badge control. Notifies TACS management or Maintenance when offices report EBR problems. May perform other job related duties as needed, including; compile records & prepare reports on such subjects as work hours & units of work; perform routine data entry as needed, maintain information request logs, distribute reports, distribute mail of the office in which employed, & file correspondence of the office.
Oracle Data Base Systems was the software used.
