Exposure to work on introducing and set-up of ERP system with IT Department Successful implementation of system reduced involvement of man power and delivered effective MIS reporting system. Increased reliability of reports as avoided by system driven data base.

Exposure to work as over all in-charge for Sales Tax portfolio for whole group having five units maintaining books of accounts at centralised account department but with different Sales Tax Government department as per location of unit. Portfolio was as an additional responsibility over and above assigned accounting works. During these got whole group assessed by Sales Tax department for 10 years and delivered benefit of not paying any additional tax / penalty OR interest as details assessment data provided to government department. Rather, targeted Forms and Certificates also procured from Customers and Suppliers to avoid additional tax payment.

Initiated FAR (Fixed Assets Register) in prescribed format of CA with excel sheet. Worked on assignment for two years to complete it, as it was not maintained from the foundation of company. On completion of FAR it was found that many of the assets are either depreciated 100% OR sold off but still reflects in company’s books. After reconciliation company’s books of Fixed Assets were cleaned up and updated with tagging of existing physical assets list as per FAR. Other depreciated assets also got re-valued from certified engineer and re-entered in books of accounts to reflect real Fix Assets schedule in Balance Sheet. Work with High Speed servers at USA headquarter as company’s policy of keeping Centralised Documents System.

Worked on Costing of products, and suggested commercial views on cost sheet format which then becomes best presentable format in Organisation. Improved costing method and covered all Indian Tax benefits, and so target cost reduction achieved by 30%. These cost reduction was then got reflect in India Unit annual performance which was never being observed in bottom line of P&L. Cost reduction also gave an Impact to compete with competitors and grab profitable business through low tender. Business then was grown by almost 25% compared to all previous years.

PPT Presentation on Indian Tax Structure was given to Head Office Tax department and was appreciated by HOD Tax department based at London. Presented PPT was considered the best one by Head Office Tax department for other members of organisation to understand it well at London about Indian Tax Structure. Significant Highlights at Intercat performance appreciated by number of mails from our Netherlands, USA, and London offices.
