I am a Managed Print Services Division Manager that currently coordinates and supervise teams in multiple locations across the country that monitor, install and maintain office equipment, servers and software solutions supporting BluEdge clients to achieve cost recovery in practical office management expenses that is looking to transition into a Director role or equivalent using my experience in management to make a great positive impact for a larger company that with the ability to compensate with a competitive salary.

My experience in management includes 22 years at BluEdge (formerly known as NRI) in many positions held in multiple departments as technology evolved at BluEdge with my current position reporting directly to VP of Operations. In my time at BluEdge, I have supported TQM (Total Quality Management) by acquiring certification in QES and QWG as well as being active in QIP working with numerous CATs

(Corrective Action Team). I came into my current position with the ability to develop training and workflows from ground up. My training ability extends beyond production with teaching clients how to take advantage of our services providing them with the ability to use their existing software and new technology solutions including database services like DFS (Document Fulfillment Solution) assisting clients to become more efficient for the best results in their 2D and 3D presentations. Managed Print Services Division Manager (Current Role) The current work day for me has tasks in a hybrid role that currently supports four key areas at my current company including:

A. MPS (Managed Print Services) Division Management Managing and supervising teams in multiple locations with On-Site Managed Print Services (MPS) Supervisors that maintain BluEdge custom configured office solutions. Confirming coverage status of MPS Associates. Updating payroll, approving time sheets and PTO for MPS site associates in 15 locations across the country.

B. Purchasing

Communicating active agreed pricing with supply vendors and comparing proposals for new products for latest technology solutions. Meeting with vendors to discuss their abilities to support out client needs as well as negotiate prices and reviewing RFQs. C. Logistics Management

Coordinating all aspects of equipment delivery of all MPS and Commercial shops with trucking agent partners and vendors from securing COI delivery to building management from all vendor partners and confirming access to move equipment. Lead the scheduling of equipment installations and removals coordinating service partners and internal service technicians across the country and internationally. Managing team that oversees inventory, stock control, supply orders and maintaining electronic order system including FM Audit using the LaCrosse ERP system. Reviewing our order fulfillment tasks and processes to enhance our communication and ability to efficient with accuracy by updating workflow as vendors, products and technology change.

D. Liquidation, Procurement & Sales

Planning removal of existing equipment and coordinating with liquidation buyers and negotiating the sale of expired assets. Surveying current location and handling logistics of complicated de-installs within tough budgets and timelines. Closing locations and liquidating expired assets. Coordinate techs for complex de-installs and finding buyers to salvage or restore legacy equipment.
