● Responsible to oversee maintenance of facility and machines, plus inventory and
cycle counts. Cycle count goal 98% or better, never below that in 11 years.
● Responsible to track and approve all invoices and rebates for the Glass Plant and
Recycling Plant.

● Oversee and approve of evaluations and disciplinary action of employees.
● Had two surprise OSHA audits in 12 yrs, multiple visits by RAPCA/Ohio EPA
each year plus multiple Fire Dept. inspections each year and had zero NOV’s or
