Managed project to develop a Web and Mobile app allowing end users to explore the recreational facilities available to the public in the state of Florida. Responsibilities included:

oDefining the attributes of the application, meeting the requirements of the legislature for an information sharing application.

oDeveloping the System Requirement Specifications based upon the required speed of the application.

Project:

Managed multiple projects from inception to implementation utilizing a SDLC structure.. Applications and Business functions included:

oA process to load, configure and store scientific field research data from hand held tablets and devices to a relational database.

oA secured Search and presentation User Interface, based on GIS spatial mapping and up to 35 different scientific data types.

oRewrite of the CERP program’s public internet site to reflect current trends and interface with other participating agencies.

oAn application to request, track and charge-back SAN usage and costs to individual business units.

oDecompose South Florida Hydrologic Modeling application for future support and process correction.

oValidation process for data submissions verifying that values provided fall within acceptable ranges.

oMerger of the CERP applications with the SFWMD applications as well as the US Army Corp of Engineer applications, and decommission the applications from the CERP platform.

oTransition the support of the applications over to the SFWMD and USACE resources.

Managed and participated in all processes and knowledge areas for each project including:
