Initiated and formed vendor partnerships, JIT, and vendor stocking. Initiated and implemented equipment standards and associated procedures for U.S. and Canadian plants. Responsible for Piping Standards. Developed new computer programming (team supervisor) for maintenance work orders, planned maintenance, capital asset accounting, purchasing, and stores.
