Over 16 years, reduced the inventory-asset ratio from 4.5% to 2.5%. While manufacturing plant sizes and capital assets more than doubled, department personnel and budgets were reduced by one forth. Initiated and formed vendor partnerships, JIT, and vendor stocking. Initiated and implemented equipment standards and associated procedures for U.S. and Canadian plants. Responsible for Piping Standards. Developed new computer programming (team supervisor) for maintenance work orders, planned maintenance, capital asset accounting, purchasing, and stores.
