Medical Release of Information Technician at Leesburg Regional Medical Center and Citrus Memorial Hospital. Along with fulfilling requests for patient records for physicians’ offices and patients on a walk in basis, I also fulfilled Disability requests and legal demands for records. Maintaining HIPPA compliance and privacy laws dutifully.

ANSPACH PERMITTING

Sept 2009-Present (this is a part time, when available to work position)

Permit Runner. Duties include: the state submitting and picking up permits for contractors of mobile homes. Close co-ordination with state employees to gain proper paperwork. Pick-up and delivery of funds required for permits and fees.

STORAGE AT OCALA

Feb 2011-March 2012 (left to start college full-time) On-site manager for a Self-storage facility. Responsibilities included: rent collection, showing prospective clients the units, making collection calls, marketing to advertisers.

December 2007-November 2009 I was the Warehouse/Shipping and Receiving Manager. I packaged and shipped parts for this company. I also delivered parts to clients as needed. I did inventory and stocked shelves. Customer Service via phones.

I am currently attending college for my Certification. My GPA is 2.93. I expect to finish as time permits.
