Also, trained to support proprietary non-destructive testing systems and the software that is used to detect corrosion and cracks on metal surfaces.

STAPLES EASYTECH (Melbourne, FL) ~ Aug. 2014 – Jan. 2015 Certified Tech: Provides customer assistance for various electronic products at Staples which requires knowledge of most of the equipment in the store. Also, certified to work on any system that comes into the store which includes virus removals, diagnostics, hardware / software troubleshooting, networking issues, and more. Wrote test cases and test procedures for the various software requirements. Also, reviewed the work of other people's internal test cases and procedures.
