2014 to 2016

Senior Project Manager at Port Lafitro, Haiti (GBGROUP.COM) Panamax Port, Power Plant and 650 acre free zone. Project planning, design and construction of all infrastructure this include: 25MW power plan, fuels transfer from port side to fuel farm at power plant. Design and construction of fuel farm at power plant. For free zone include all MV (medium voltage) transfer lines and all utilities.

2011 through 2014

Senior Project Manager for several large projects in Port-au-Prince area after the devastating earth quake in Haiti 2010. Projects include Fonkoze new 5 story office building Petionville Haiti, Karibe Hotel 11 story addition, Servotel PaP International airport Hotel, Santa Theresa Hotel, New Embassy for European Union Mission to Haiti and Casami new 3 story super store at Delmas 55. 220,000 sqft Public Market Gonaives, Haiti.

General Superintendent at 1170 Kane Concourse, Bay Harbor Islands, FL. Five story iconic office building designed by Ted Tschumy. See below

General Superintendent at WBC inc. Several large projects such as: Courts of Doral 384 units, Forest Glenn Country Club 2200 condos and single family dwellings in Naples Florida, Waterstone sub-division in Homestead FL with projects Florida Islands 221 units, Portofino Bay 168 units and Portofino Estates 122 units. Hampton Isles Condo complex 427 units Dania Beach, FL. Harbor Isles 247 unit condo complex in Pembroke Pines, FL.

1990 through 1999

VP Operations at Maritime Engineering, inc. Locations in Florida, Central and South America. Projects (1982-1984) included Terminal Varreux Fuel Farm in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Fuel farm has 19 tanks of 84,000 bbl each and 8 large LPG tanks. Both projects connected to portside loading facility. Also worth mentioning is that we were subcontractor to WARTSILA during their construction of Power Plant in Ilopango El Salvador.
