Project managed the development and integration of the Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB) with Tivoli Netcool to reduce mean time to recovery by utilizing automation and the Configuration Items (CIs) relationships that was built into the CMDB for customer notification and incident notification.

Project managed the development and integration of Configuration Items and relationships in the CMDB for better Incident, Change, and Problem management.

Provided technical assistance and project management consulting for the Business Initiatives at a major credit card company, analyzed the IBM, home grown software, IBM NON-Standard software, redundant, and back level mainframe software.

Reduced software licensing costs to the corporation and also a possible consolidation of data centers that amassed a savings of over $3 million per year.

WAMU – Project Manager – numerous areas

Performed Mutual Loan Finance Center upgrades at a major bank. The overall project was Server, Workstation, ThinkPad, and Printer upgrades at 8 different sites nationwide.

Provided on site PM support, and was responsible for onsite staff. The size of the sites varied from as few as 20 workstations to as many as 200 DELL workstations.

Produced a measurable increase in response time for quicker customer support and business services, which made an immeasurable boost in morale.
