• Responsible for managing multiple Utility Billing Customer Information System (CIS) upgrades, supplementary product implementations and back to base professional services. The products and services include web portal, mobile application, report writing, service order, executive information systems, automated workflow procedures and processes, meter data management integrations and customer information system custom modifications

• Responsible for project managing several back to base customer information system (CIS) upgrades simultaneously in a matrix resource organization

• As part of the professional services implementations, the applications that are implemented consist of a Windows platform with SQL Server database and/or Linux platform with IBM Informix database. The application software consists of JAVA and IBM Informix 4GL code base along with additional add on modules that are based on JSP, ASP and XML
