Quality Assurance Specialist/Consultant

Objectives

To ensure that suppliers and or manufactures deliver quality parts, materials, and services.

To qualify suppliers and or manufacturing inspection sites according to company standards by administering a Certified Supplier/manufacturer/Inspection Program, at incoming/outgoing inspection while ensuring cost effectiveness.

Monitor parts from acquisition through the manufacturing cycle by communicating and resolving supplier/inspection-related problems as they occur.

Develop and prioritize an auditing schedule to ensure that designated suppliers/inspection sites are audited on a regular basis to ensure good manufacturing practices and quality standards are met.

Evaluate suppliers/Inspection site internal functions to assess their overall performance and provide feedback in assessment of their operation.

Certified-Global IPI/FVI Expert with 14 yrs Industry experience

Consultant to Material Suppliers, Subcontractors, OEM’s, and HVM’s.

BSB/M - Bachelor's degree in Business and Management

AA/SE - Associates degree in specialized electronics and computer engineering

US citizen, documented criminal background check, and drug screening.
