Hiring, Training, ROI - I have hired 13 people at the company during my tenure of 7 months. I also produced HR policies from scratch, appointment letters, NDA, 1 year bond and used to control routine expenses and manage leaves for all individuals at the company.

Product Guides - At Templatic we had over 80+ themes and 45+ plugins. The product guides are crucial in the product base company to control support and developers tickets. We had over 150+ support tickets in support. To control that our COO, Himmat Khan defined a couple of strategies where I contributed in updating product guides. For several years we had typical manual type of guides. I was running a campaign where I was studying the product from user point of view and correcting/producing guides according to the flow of the user. We were y calculating number of tickets per products where we realised we were able to offer the guide direct links to users to resolve the tickets and that eventually served the purpose. Though we couldn’t really finish all the product guides, we worked on a few only. Customer Support - I was hired with an arrangement where I will be handling HR responsibilities as well as customer support. In my past UK based company I was working as Customer Support Manager and that experience came in handy at Templatic too. I learnt WordPress at Templatic and did handle certain level of customer support tickets. This hands on experience also helped me contribute into Product guide.

Solving product queries, providing efficient support, handling pre-sales and post sales tickets round clock of experience on the products. I have sound experience on WordPress theme configuration. Affiliate Marketing - We had over 3000 affiliates that were contributing in 75000 visitors traffic on templatic.com in a month. I was responsible to increase number of affiliate requests, evaluate those, approve, and encourage them to get started with writing reviews on Templatic product and generate and convert traffic.
