Performed preventive maintenance and service routines as COMSEC CRO (COMSEC Responsible Officer), collaborating with other sites to perform cross-site tests and Lights Dim work environment.

Maintained documentation, updating procedural documents to meet site requirements.

Systems Engineer II (2011 – 2015)

Served as shift team lead to provide operational support to satellite ground terminal, working with SREs to troubleshoot and resolve narrow band, wide band, and timing subsystem issues.
