forecasting, variance analysis, cash management and forecasting, work in progress and

percentage of completion. Job costing and analysis. Internal audit and tax preparation.

Negotiation of workers comp, business liability, auto, umbrella and health insurance programs. Process improvement, and implementation of internal controls. Working with CPAs, consultants, bank managers, and subcontractors. Vendor management and credit lines, negotiating discounts and rebates. Supervision of accounting staff, A/R, A/P, payroll, purchasing of fleet vehicles and machinery, and inventory control.
