sequence of construction operations

case of any delay.

- Identify and report activities which have a critical or potential impact on schedule

- Prepare Time impact analysis/ Change Orders, as

well as preparing REAs as needed

- Inspecting field sites to observe, evaluate

condition and collect field survey data.

Hangar AAB, GUAM (Design Build - $50M) Design and

Construction of a high bay reinforced precast concrete maintenance hangar, formed of Arched Precast Beams and Office Areas, along with site utilities, pavements and fire pump building.

P425 Modular Storage Magazines, Orote Point, NBG

(Design Bid Build - $50M) Construction of magazine complex (28 Pre-casted Magazine Storage Bunkers), UXO clearance activities, security fencing, intrusion detection system, electrical power, security lighting, asphalt/ concrete roads, communication and emergency

generator building.

North Ramp Parking, AAFB (Design Build - $22M) Design and Construct four direct fueling stations, and taxiways to connect the facilities to the adjacent apron and Taxiways. Project includes major UXO clearance and earth work activities.

Guam Naval Hospital - Phase II (Design Bid Build -

$17M) Project Includes the construction of all site developments related to Phase I (Construction of Guam Naval Hospital), this includes, demolitions of several building, major UXO Clearance, Earth works, site utilities and construction of parking lots.

Concrete Structured Facilities

P566 Emergent Repair Facility Expansion (Design Build – $27M) Design and constructs a 2500 SM low rise reinforced concrete (Pre-Casted) building as an expansion to an Existing Repair Facility, in addition to construction another 2000 SM Two-Story Ship Support Pre-Casted concrete building, pre-casted piles were used in both buildings foundations. along with all site development items and utilities. P240 MWSS Facilities at North Ramp, AAFB (Design Build – $16M) Design and construct two single-story facilities and their associated site work; A combined pre-casted concrete structure facility and a Cast in Place Concrete Structure armory, along with all site utilities and site development items.

P230 Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Shops, North Ramp, AAFB

(Design Build - $15M) Design and construction of a low-rise and high-bay composite pre-casted concrete facility with three separate components, along with Mass excavations, UXO clearances, Site utilities and pavement. P637 Dehumidified Supply Storage Warehouse (Design Build - $14M) Design and construct a 3200 SM Pre-Casted Concrete Structure Supply Storage Building, along with all site development items and utilities. pre- casted piles were used in building foundations.

P023 Child Development Center, Yokosuka Japan (Design Build - $15M) Design and Construct a 2000 SM single story reinforced concrete structural framed building with sloped concrete roof deck, using a steel helical pilling system.

Water Structures

P518 X-Ray Wharf Improvements, NBG (Design-Build/Bid Build - $45M) Project Includes Dredging activities, new vertical steel sheet pile bulkhead and wharf platform, backfilling with cement and Soil Mix (CDSM), landside improvements including all utilities work, generator & BOWT Building and Pavement.

Repair and Modernize VICTOR/ SIERRA Wharf, NBG (2 Task Orders - Design Bid Build – $30M) Provide sustainment, restoration and maintenance repairs to waterfront facilities at Victor & Sierra Wharfs, Including Repairing Sheet Piles, Concrete Cap and replacing all underground utilities and finally pavement.

Repair and Modernize ROMEO Wharf, NBG (Design Build - $14M) Design, Restore and maintain Repairs to waterfront facilities at Romeo Wharf, project Includes Mooring Hardware Replacements, Concrete Cap Repairs, Fenders installation, utility trench, UG utilities installation, construct New Lift Station and pavement repair and replacement. On site Projects - Bahrain Operation (SEP13 – AUG14) P954 Waterfront Development Program – Phase III ($34 Mil) - Project includes constriction of Admin EOD concrete building and a Small Arms Fire Range Building, along with several other small buildings, and all site developments and utilities. It also includes the construction of a 140m span, Fly Over Steel Structure bridge, that is to be fully constructed then Transported using the SPMT System to its permanent Location to a major highway road in Bahrain in only 12 hours.

Junior Scheduler – Egypt/Afghanistan Operations (APR12 – AUG13)

- Analyze contracts drawings and specs for developing list of activities, durations, sequencing related to bid schedules.

- Perform resources and cost loading for baseline schedules, as well as activity coding.

- Maintain schedule data daily using a data tracker that tracks each activity with respect to work or no work by day

- Maintain a daily log of construction work, delays, weather, personnel, subcontractors and any other information pertinent to documenting events on each day

- Maintain copies of the project management, superintendent/construction manager, quality control and subcontractor daily reports.

- Assist the Operations Manager in developing “3 week look-ahead schedules”

- Update the schedule according to the company’s policy and the update checklist

• THE ARAB CONTRACTORS - EGY (Ranked 68th ENR) (JuL10 – Mar12) As a Project Engineer, worked in “New Friday’s Market” project constructed in Egypt, on approximately 15 acres with an overall cost of $60M. As the main contractor, I was part of the team responsible for the execution of several multistory concrete buildings containing 1500 unit, Steel Structures containing 300 units, Underground Tank, mosque, and several services buildings in addition to the road, electrical, drainage networks and the landscapes for the whole project.
