-Checking the items in the refrigerator once the guests confirmed their check out time making sure that the items they consumed like liqours, wine, water or juice in the fridge will be included in the bill.

-Assist the guest whenever they requested their clothes washed before they leave the hotel. We collect the dirty clothes and take them to the laundry shop and bring it back to the guest after.

-Refill the mini bar in the room.

-Check toiletries before the room is occupied and replace them after the guests leave the hotel.

-Checking all the appliances such as television, air condition, lamp shades, ceiling fan, hair dryer, shower, remote, and fridge before letting the guest occupy the room to make sure all are in working condition for the safety of the guest and as well as the hotel.
