Plan and execute all aspects of labor planning for Paris Plant. This includes shift production for Operations Department assets, Logistics, and Quality (approximately 400 workers). Staff assets to meet forecast production objectives, while working to reduce cost.
Maintain headcount and labor forecast for Plant, initiate hiring process/conduct new-hire interviews

Targeted Selection trainer for the Plant
Successfully implemented new labor scheduling process for Plant. Developed process for fair and equitable distribution of overtime, and eliminated partner coverage responsibilities.
Co-developed first-ever standardized disciplinary procedures and tracking system that insulated company from legal risk and ensured consistent and fair discipline processes.
