Package Engineer for ConocoPhillips Magnolia Deepwater Tension Leg Platform, Garden Banks Blocks 783 and 784, Deepwater Gulf of Mexico, installed at depths of 4,700 feet of water. System designed for 50,000 BPD of oil and 150 MMSCFD of Gas. Generation of specifications, request for quotations, bid evaluations, and purchase orders of all specialty items, with many valves, fittings, and hoses designed to API 10,000 and various items constructed of duplex and super duplex materials.

Construction/Field Engineering for topsides of Shell Fluminense FPSO for Offshore Brazil. Provided offshore construction supervision and technical consultation for final phase of construction onsite in Campos Basin, Brazil. Modularization of vessels, pumps, compressors, and skidded packages at Delta Engineering’s Fabrication Facility. Duties included: coordination of engineering, design, structural, piping, and electrical subcontractors, and vendor field representatives in final assembly and/or modification of skidded packages, alignment of rotating equipment, and preservation procedures for overseas transportation of modules.

FEED and Detailed Engineering of FPSO topsides production modules for Enterprise Oil, Bijupira and Salema Fields, Offshore Brazil. Pressure Drop Evaluations of Lube Oil Cooling Water, Jacket Water, Fuel Gas, Inlet Air, and Exhaust Air of Williams Gas Compressor Stations for Air Emission Reduction Projects. Thermodynamic calculations to determine required flowrate of cooling water to size pumps.

Simsci-Pipephase steady-state modeling, yielding a nodal analysis of temperature, pressure, and flow in gas pipeline networks, for ExxonMobil Piceance Creek Gas Gathering Facility, to determine whether condensate would develop.
