Thermal Systems (India) - Delhi, Delhi - 2010 - 2012 P&L and manufacturing (plant manager) responsibility for automotive (HVAC and PTC), residential and commercial heat exchangers (RCHX) product line.

• Achieved highest ever $100M+ new business wins by pursuing new customers (Honda, Mahindra), new product lines with existing customers (Tata, Suzuki) via portfolio localization and diversification.

• Significantly reduced investment required by challenging the team to develop low volume manufacturing cells leveraging supplier base across India. Used money saved to launch new initiatives on portfolio diversification / in-house manufacturing, improve plant ambience that led to increased team engagement and motivation.
