Ensure proper eligibility, enrollment, and de-enrollment of company benefits program by preparing necessary forms and submitting to benefits carrier. Ensure proper maintenance of eligibility and updated benefits cards are sent out to employees in a timely manner. Administration of company pension enrolments, RRSP and other plans.
Promote a positive, inclusive work environment by providing assistance and information to Associates, staffing agency employees, and members of management on a variety of Human Resources related topics.
