Had several key positions within company including; General Supervisor (as General Supervisor I was responsible for all Equipment efficiencies, all production scheduling, all relations with Union activities, and facilitating meetings/training of all Production Supervisors on all shifts), Quality Manager, Production Engineer/Supervisor, Quality Supervisor, and most recently held was Quality/Production Manager. Establish & Maintain TS 16949 Quality System at two separate UAW facilities. Certified Internal Auditor for both QS 9000 and TS 16949. Responsible for facilitating third party audits at both locations.

Required to attend the GM CIT meetings at both GM Tonawanda New York and GM Flint Engine North.
Assist Financials in quoting, outsourcing and layouts for GM RFQ procedure.
Assist Financials to determine the Standard Direct Labor hours and Indirect Labor hours for both facilities. This includes calculating machine efficiencies and the layout of the entire production staff to ensure to operations are running and do run as efficiently as possible.
