Description Intraday calls is a development project with a team size of 3 associates. It deals with the data that is related to the calls that are done between the customer and Humana operators. This is an OLTP project where the source database is refreshed every half an hour. All the business transformations, ETL logics and table refresh are to be made within this 30 minutes. The data that is finally extracted from source, transformed and loaded into the target fact tables is used by a Qlikview application to create dashboards and represent the data to the clients for the areas of improvement for the business expansions. Entire process is completed in 30 minutes and Qlikview application will generate a dashboard for the refreshed data residing in the target tables.
