Created the National Integrated Business Systems (NIBS) web portal on Lotus platform.

Modified SPW for creation and printing of contracts, incorporating Word templates and JavaScript processing. Allowing full oversight and template development by SPW Administrators.

Created scheduled and ad hoc reporting via Crystal Reports.

Authored written documentation including:

oWebsite applications (personally developed), devised training documentation of up to 65 pages inclusive of screen shots, descriptions, and ability for client modification.

oTips Sheets, developed for any personally authored application, inclusive of screen shots, and typically one to two pages.

Instructed outsourced India team over eight week period, two to four hour daily, condensing training from eight month curriculum, via online screen-sharing in Cisco WebEx, allowing sharing of screen for recording of information being provided. Training encompassed processing, SalesForce.com and SPW integration, including views, forms, reports, contracts, and finally coding.

Created ability to generate printed contracts as PDF’s.

Delivered 90 minute presentations on new systems to groups of up to 25 per session and for executive staff assessment, with PowerPoint and participant handouts. Subjects included:
