I am in charge of the in-house development of HMIS/FMIS/CMIS, and integrating the LIS, Blood bank, Radiology, Pharmacy, and Dictaphone into the Main HMIS system. My position requires good management skills, proficiency in leading, measuring staff performance, and motivating staff to maximize efficiency. My duties responsibilities include:

Managing all assigned SSH implementation projects, Implementation Methodology to 2 M.M. SHARIFF

manage the SSH users and to meet established implementation milestones and target completion dates including the generation of monthly reports.

Providing functional, technical and application business analyst consultancy services.

Developing Functional specifications for SSH requirement.

Testing the functionality ensuring compliance with business requirement.

Communicating with end users in a timely and professional manner including management, and escalation of user issues as appropriate.

Conducting Project Workshops and ongoing project management for assigned implementations.

Continuous data administration; check and ensure the consistency of the database, data backups.

Following SSH Project Implementation Methodology.

My major project was the implementation of HMIS/FMIS/CMIS software. These were supplied by Data Management System (DMS) Cairo with collaboration with Saudi Business Machine Saudi Arabia (IBM).

My duties and responsibilities were as follows:

Implementing the HMIS\FMIS & CMIS Application.

Organizing Departmental meetings to discuss the issues and how to implement the system in order to fit in the Department needs as General Coordinator.

Defining functional and technical requirements of Saad Specialist Hospital and modeled business processes.

Conducting intensive business and systems analysis to expound the feasibility of implementing an integrated Health Information System.

Defining all user requirements, and established a well-defined Request For Proposal

(RFP) for acquiring a suitable Health Information System for the Hospital Later on, HMIS system was purchased.

Implementing the following Modules and I am supporting the users for Outpatients, ADT, Billing, Lab Interface, Order Management, Medical Records, Blood Bank, House keeping, Laundry, Operation Theaters, Inventory, Purchasing, Nursing, Patient Registration Pay roll Etc.,

Handling the security of the Applications like HMIS, FMIS and MRM as I am responsible of defining the user what he needs based upon his nature of job.

Being responsible for all the Master database tables - I was adding or deactivating any changes that are required by the management and I am responsible of setting up of all new Clinics, Doctors, Rooms, etc.

Assigned Data entry clerks to print Day-to-Day reports and distribute the same to the concerned department Heads.

Trouble shooting the problems in HMIS/FMIS/CMIS and all other application concerned to Hospital Management Information System.

The Hospital Laboratory Department Equipments were Interface with HMIS Application and I am Totally Administrating, Trouble shouting the Interface.

The HMIS application is being upgraded to Enterprise Version and I am playing a major role in implementing the same.
