Data Analytics and Monitoring of the Tennessee Eastman Process. (Jan. 2017 – Present)

Built a PCA model based on the normal case data, and establish T2 and Q control limits for Quality Data and Process Data. Used the fault detection control limits to perform fault detection on the cases with potential disturbances and calculated the false alarm rates and missed detection rates.

Semiconductor processing on 3” Silicon wafer to fabricate Integrated circuits. (Jan. 2016 –May 2016)

Performed oxidation, spin coating of photoresist, photolithography, developing, wet etching, plasma ashing, chemical vapor deposition, metallization etc. to fabricate MOSFET.

Fabricated IC components including MOSFETs, Diodes, Resistors and Capacitors on a silicon wafer using 5 mask in Photolithography with a 5μm feature size.

Characterized the electrical parameters of fabricated devices using physical probing method.

Identified the best extractant-solvent system for extraction of Pyruvic acid and obtained 98% extraction efficiency of pyruvic acid by use of modified extractant.

Studied thermodynamic behavior of the extraction to determine best temperature condition for the extraction.

Kinetics of Extraction of Pyruvic Acid Exploiting Tri-n-octylamine in Decanol. (Nov. 2014 - Mar. 2015)

Studied the Kinetics of extraction to aid in designing of the recovery unit.

Reported the influence of various kinetic parameters like the effect of stirring speed, phase volume ratio, concentration of pyruvic acid, and concentration of TOA thereby determined the physical mass transfer coefficient, reaction regime, order of reaction and rate constant.
