Responsible for daily inspections to make sure the project is being built according to the plans. Bring attention to the GC any issues that appear to be non-compliant with the CD’s and the agencies requirements during construction in an effort to avoid costs and delays. Build-out of new 55,000 SF warehouse related space for non-disclosed operations. KCCT Architects Washington DC. Sept. 2008–Jan. 2010 Senior Designer and technical advisor responsible for furnishing technical opinions and advice to the Director of Contracting, construction field offices and other Division staff offices regarding interior design aspects of projects.
