Making inspection report of newly developed part.
Also verifying the final inspection report inspected by quality inspector, whether there is some error or need some correction.
Give the suggestion to changes on die for new part to improve the quality and aesthetic looks.
Improve the quality of regularly newly develop die through KAIZEN process.
Documentation of SIR, TRIAL REPORT, and OTHERS.
Maintain records of all Rejection in-house & give reports to HODS.

Description: This project can be operated directly by the hydraulic system. Whenever there is a bump across the vehicle there is need to change the height of the vehicle. To do that the hydraulic system is used. By using that the height of the vehicle can be changed and the problem can be overcome.
Oil Skimmer
Team: 3 students
Description: Oil skimmer is a device which is used for the extraction of the impurities of the oil, petrol etc. The waste oil from the transportation from the sea can be collect manually or by motor and then the oil and water can be separated by using oil skimmer.
