Document Control
Responsible for overall coordination of controlled documentation within the TAR project

Ensure all WO Contract and invoicing have followed the procedure
Create Shopping Cart/ Issue PO (Purchase Order) for estimate the services
(ex: manpower, equipment, material and reimbursable cost) based on contract and TAR’s needs with SAP SRM System
Review all contractor’s invoices (Service Acceptance Paper) compared with actual
Create SES (Service Entry Sheet) with SAP GUI System
Record the actual cost expense that has been approved and committed Technical Training
