BASF, Sabero organics, paradeep, juwari Chemical and volvoline are few customers for sonachi.

Responsibilities:-

Online documentation according to GMP & cGMP.

Responsible for detail analysis of all type of product & packing complaints received from different territories

of India.

To carry out equipment calibration as per the schedule.

Lab equipment maintenance and Dealing with machinery suppliers and other service contractor.

Monitoring and procurement of consumables and critical spares.

On the job training of subordinates, guiding and correcting them for improvisation of their performance.

Day to day co-ordination with internal & external customers.

Responsibilities:-

Products: Eugenol& Clove oil(Main product),Methyl Eugenol,

DihydroEugenol, Peppermint oil & Spearmint oil, Eucalyptus oil.

IsoEugenol Batches in R & D is going on.

Acid-Base reaction(Neutralization reaction) for Eugenol regeneration.

Testing & approval of various raw materials, finished goods as per relevant specification.

Generating test certificates for all products manufactured in plant.

To maintain the production documents (batch sheet, blending sheet), as per ISO requirement.

To prepare the production report (monthly, quarterly, yearly) & submit to Prod. Manager and HO.

Cross checking of production activity, blending& dispatch.

To prepare the daily report and utility consumption reports.

Ensuring complete in process quality control and continuous improvement in process capabilities during manufacturing of products.

Coordinating with production & marketing to ensure timely supply of materials to customer.
