Worked as group for Senior Design Class, project created to design and manufacture the “Tricycle for disabled person”The basic duty in the team project is to design, calculate and modeling. Design the outlook of tricycle and every details of joint parts with AutoCAD and Solidworks. Calculate the the performance of the tricycle of torques, angular velocity, crank length and so to decide the build the tricycle. Modeling is to finalize the project with 3D Modeling. (In Process)

Worked individually, based on the knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing. Project name as “A Success Pain Management Initiative at Hospital”Cost savings based on the study, Company where the project was completed.

Worked as group, based on the knowledge of Thermal Dynamics and Heat Transfer, using ANSYS to design the lamp including the bulb and shade, calculated the temperature, velocity via the software. Also made presentation for present the best design in the group, explain the reasons why that was the best design based on the cost, material, manufacturing, duration.

Worked individually, based on the knowledge of Design of Machinery four bar linkage, using Solidworks to improve the features of old style wind turbine. Calculation on angler velocity, rotation angles and so on. Result came with the 3D modeling of wind turbine with base, also explained the advantages of personal design.

Leader of 30 college students took charge of Christmas Event in Shanghai China while December internship in Manpower.
