Thank you for your consideration for the position! I would like to take a second to explain as many question why I may want to leave a position I have been with for the past ten years. When I started with the company in 2007 I was hired as the Office Manager. In 2012 we had a sales associate who was not able to continue in the sales position. At that time, the owner of the company who I was his Office Manager and personal secretary decided to change my position with the sales associate. By the end of the year I was promoted to Senior Sales Manager. All of my duties remained the same with the added responsibility of managing the sales team. In the last ten years I have very much enjoyed my job with Advanced Alarm, but the last five years in sales I continued even though it is not something I truly enjoy. I am a hardworking, detail oriented, compassionate, long term, dedicated employee looking to make a career change. I am a Military spouse and have twenty plus years left before I retire.
