Provided project management, administrative, operation, configuration and development support to Corporate Technology applicationss within compliance of agreed upon service level agreements for all business units and departments. All critical systems are monitored 24*7*365 to ensure 100% uptime.

Represented Information Technology (IT) on project meetings with business stakeholders, power users and software vendors providing IT perspective in defining/managing project requirements.

Provided 100% support on system implementation and rollout of Computer Technology application. Worked with vendors on application upgrades, software updates, and patches application ensuring smooth and successful implementation.

Administered Epiphany System – Analytic Platform. With no previous exposure to the application. Researched and fixed existing issues that eliminated system being unavailable due to users due to frequent failing of the scheduled daily data load/incremental job that keeps the system data up-to-date. Learned how the system works thru self- research versus following instructions/directions. Also worked with Computer Operations to streamline the Epiphany backup process thereby reducing backup time window from 10 hours to 2 hours.

Setup and implemented Epiphany – Analytic Platform data roll-off. This is a system maintenance that hasn’t been done for years by previous administrators. Configured roll-off scripts that can be executed every year ensure data clean-up is done annually and release storage space and improve system performance.

Coordinated and led successful migration of Stellent – Document Management System to the latest and greatest Oracle Webcenter Document Management System as scheduled. Ensured that all areas are tested, resources are covered, feedback, and concerns are addressed and fallback procedure in place.

Implemented Epiphany user-id clean-up to meet license user count. Review Epiphany user-id’s usage, group users together and clean-up inactive users. Reducing the count of users to the number of users we are licensed. This saves the company from purchasing additional license costing about $50,000.00.

Researched and successfully implemented guest dimension table clean-up for guest information records more than 5 years old to abide existing Federal laws on guest information retention without using consultant hours totaling to 100 hours approximately $20,000.00. Vendor Support advised that this is beyond the existing level of support and not covered which means we need to upgrade our support level costing more dollars. Another third party consultant advised that this requires more time to research and beyond standard. Page 4 of 7

Reclaimed 587 user license in Kronos by creating a batch program that tagged terminated employees as inactive and get excluded from the user count. This saved the company from purchasing additional licenses costing $50,000.00.

Reduced on-site discovery sessions with vendors for Time & Attendance system migration from Kronos to Unifocus by providing adequate and accurate information on existing system configurations and interfaces. This saved the company from vendor hotel accommodation and travel expenses.

Researched and implemented Catapult - Report downloading and distributing software that eradicated user’s woe in manually downloading, labeling payroll reports from the AS400 to the user’s desktop and copying to compact disc for external audit purposes. Configured software to automatically download the reports from the AS400 to the user’s personal computer with descriptive label extracted from the content of the report. Built an interface to automatically checked-in the reports to the company’s Document Management system that stores documents securely and can be accessed anytime, anywhere real time.

Successfully Implemented merging of W2 forms image with W2-Employee and W2-Employer spool report from the AS400 and downloaded the user’s personal computer with descriptive label extracted from the W2 report content using Catapult. Aside from saving time it saved the company from buying expensive W2 forms.

Completed and implemented Webcenter Document Management Profiles Project for Finance, Retail and Condo Accounting after discontinuing vendor support saving the company dollars from huge consultant service fees.

Automated W2-Employer uploading in Stellent Document Management System without using vendor support saving the company approximately $4,000.00. This saves the users from manually scanning and indexing W2 documents into the Document Management System. A save search is also created to easily retrieved desired W2/s.

Provided fast and efficient support to users on problem resolutions, and day-to-day operational activities. Completed and resolved an average of 500 work orders per year ranging from operational, functional, and enhancement request within or below expected time.

Kept Corporate Technology applications 100% secured by administering access rights request. Strictly enforcing Information Technology (IT) procedures before access rights are granted. As a result, consistently passed yearly external IT audit conducted by Accuity.
