Office Manager, July 2007 - Present

●Developed processes to streamline payables and receivables implementing QuickBooks Pro,

●Answered phones and handled customer calls and resolved issues. Assisted in quoting process for projects and became proficient at reading blueprints.

●Designed Sales presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, implemented Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to organize projects and inventory. Optimized website with updated content and created a social media presence.
