A PMC Professional, LLC Company

December 8, 2016

Dear Hiring Manager:

I was initially impressed with Collete Littrell’s enthusiasm, communication skills and professional demeanor when I hired her as a Recruiter. She impressed me so much I promoted her to Recruiting Manager in the first 6 months. During Collete’s tenure with PMC Recruiting, Collete reported to me, she consistently demonstrated these qualities and more, and I heartily endorse her for any position. Collete is reliable, dedicated and eternally upbeat. Her ability to multitask effectively along with her ability to handle a high-volume workload is unparalleled. She consistently met or surpassed all weekly metrics put in place.

Of value to me was Collete’s team player mind-set, enthusiastic embrace of change, ability to work with minimal supervision and unwavering commitment to exceeding expectations. Organized and diligent, Collete quickly learned technology systems and software that were unfamiliar to her when she first started with PMC. Collete is a hardworking, top-performing professional. She has my highest recommendation, and I am happy to furnish more details if you would like additional information.

Sincerely,

Al Vrooman

President

Re: Collete Littrell

To whom it may concern,

It’s my pleasure to provide this letter of recommendation for Collete as she seeks employment with your firm. As one of Collete’s Program Manager’s here at Enterforce, I’ve worked closely with her over the year. Collete showed excellent communication skills and consistently exceeded company quotas for candidate submittals/expertise. On a personal level, she’s charismatic and well-spoken, both qualities that have served her well in her role at her previous employer. Due to circumstance, we will be sad to see such a valuable employee go, but our loss is truly your gain. Allow me to point out three examples of Collete’s strengths. First, Collete brought great value to Enterforce by consistently exceeding quotas producing top notch candidates. She has an understanding of market trends and instincts for identifying and pursuing qualified leads. Not only does she provide stellar service to existing clients, but she’s established a number of new ways to do business. Collete has the combination of business acumen and communication skills that makes her an outstanding worker in this field. Secondly, Collete has proven herself to be a strong cultural fit for our company. She’s always ready to lend a helping hand to our corporation when needed and contributes during brainstorming sessions and meetings especially at the last minute. She is extremely professional and does works around the clock to make sure everything gets done. In closing, I’d like to restate my strong support for Collete’s application role at your corporation. I’m confident that she will surpass your expectations in this new role. She is driven, self- confident, proactively helpful, and smart, and I know she will continue to find success in wherever she lands. Please feel free to contact me at 414-***-**** or *********@*****.*** with any other questions. Thank you for your time. Sincerely,

LaTonya Dowell-Jacobs

Sr. Program Manager

Enterforce

I have been working in Staffing (and specifically high-level, specific skill-set staffing for either the IT or Supply Chain industry) since 1998 and the only complaint I find myself coming back to is reliability. When I have drinks with colleagues or if I am explaining my job to an outsider, either a family member or friend the only through-line I have is reliability: You are motivating and leading people, so that is the resource with which I have reliability problems. Candidates, Partners, Suppliers, Clients – that’s people I’m trusting. I can’t always report back that my trust was well-placed. That’s not an issue, never has been an issue in the slightest with Collete Littrell. I may sound dramatic with that last sentence, but it at least deserves the double-spacing I just used to separate it from the paragraph above, at least. Collete is the type of person who recognizes instantly when an email will not be enough to accurately describe a candidate or consultant. She knows when and when not to pick up a phone and educate a client. Educate is the right word, since she doesn’t lecture or nag or pester – she educates clients who are busy with their own tasks and gentle but firmly reminds her client why they hired her in the first place. That’s invaluable.

She’s also very quick to point out when and where you’ve fallen short – not in a condescending or embarrassing way, but in a way, that instantly makes you realize that you are working with a professional.

This is not an easy business, so this paragraph should find me talking about how strict she is and how high her expectations are, but she’s not strict and her expectations are high but she lets you know that in a friendly and engaging way. She’s fun to talk to, gets your weird sense of humor and is absolutely someone you want to hang out with and some who you will call just to vent. I could go on, because I have more but instead you can email me or call me: *******@*********.*** or 412-***-****(mobile).

Best,
