At 68 stories and 240Meters, the building will be one of the tallest buildings in Colombo when it is completed. The building is situated adjacent to Beira Lake on 2 acres of land located at 127, Sir James Pieris Mawatha, Colombo 00200.

Responsibilities:

Working as a QA/QC Engineer (shapoorji pallonji lanka pvt ltd)cum JSSL Co ordinator (sub contractor)at site

Handling site Fabrication, Erection ( diagrids, out riggers,floor beams, pergola, sky light), Welding, Survey, Deck sheet installation & stud welding,, Fire proofing, Site modification works,Painting,site fabrication,Cladding(GFRC)

Loading of jobs to proper team for particular work & Observation of manufacturing Process.

Observation or Inspection of Incoming Material, Stage wise Steel Fabrication & Erection Inspection, Fin Plate Fit up & Welding, Structures Alignment, Bolt Tightening, Metal Decking, Stud Welding and Final Inspection.
