Volume Unit Meter
A volume unit meter or a standard volume indicator is a device which gives the representation of the signal level in audio equipment. It is mainly used in telephonic installation and radio broadcasting stations. In the consumer point of view, its application comes under recording equipment and playback devices. For high level applications, volume unit meter should avoid the instantaneous signal peeks of complex audio signals. Volume unit meter uses controller to convert the audio signal to corresponding voltage values. Audio signals are captured by microphone and it is boosted up by a single transistor amplifier. The result can be viewed through DSO.

Wireless ARM Based Automatic Meter Reading with control system is used with 32 bit ARM microprocessor for reading power consumption
& communicates this data to the utility server for power data processing. GSM is used for communication with utility server in two – way communication link. Power data is used for various purposes such as bill management, for measurement of static power parameters etc. Control systems contains relay circuit, used for disconnection power supply when consumer fails to pay electricity bill in due time. Main supply failure
backup light
The main supply failure backup light as a practical solution to power failure in our day to-day life. . The circuit is simple, low cost and maintenance-free. It operates in AC voltages ranging from 100V to 300V, which is particularly useful for rural areas where fluctuations in voltage are excessive. The circuit needs a transformer to step-down the main power and a rectifier to get the DC component. A voltage follower come after these will helps to charge the battery when the power is on. Relay is used as a switching component to make backup light on at the time of power failure.

arm
The project focuses on design and implementation of robotic arm and its control using a human arm by means of a wireless glove. The glove is fitted with an accelerometer for detecting the tilting of hand and a flex sensor for detecting the bending of finger. The basic idea is that the sensor on the glove work as transducers and converts hand motions into electrical signals. These hand movements can be replicated using a robotic arm. The project is divided into two modules namely, Wireless Glove (Transmitter) and Robotic arm Side(Receiver). TECHNICAL SKILLS
