RESPONSIBILITIES:

Study, Review and fully understand job packages content and work scopes within the area.

Review and verify job safety analysis.

Perform site verification to ensure job packages are fully complete and satisfactory.

Identifying and tagging the job locations and blind locations.

Performing Pre-Shutdown activities like scaffolding and Insulation removal where ever required.

Identifying and stacking the materials as per work order number and verifying it with TA material list.

Coordinating the shifting of blinding materials from warehouse to the job location.

Managing construction activities carried out by contractors, ensuring the scope of work is achieved in accordance with contract requirement and time frame and compliance with specifications and standards established by client.

Generating Material Requisition as per drawings and standards and intimating to planning.

Maintaining necessary piping execution documents.

Make day to day planning and monitor the progress at site.

Forwarding Fit up, Welding and Erection reports to planning on daily basis.

Responsible for material follow up for continues supply and smooth fabrication as well as Erection.

Ensuring safe work practice at site and organizing safety toolbox talk.
